Terms of Service

3.1. Top10Grid is a platform for user-generated content. All lists, rankings, reviews, comments, votes, and other content submitted by users ("User Content") represent the opinions and views of the individual users who created them, and do not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of Top10Grid.

3.2. Rankings and lists on Top10Grid are subjective expressions of opinion by community members. They are not objective assessments, professional reviews, or official endorsements. The position of any item, person, service, or entity in a user-created ranking does not constitute a factual claim of superiority or inferiority.

3.3. By submitting User Content, you grant Top10Grid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

3.4. You retain ownership of your User Content but are solely responsible for it. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

4.1. All rankings, ratings, and positions displayed on Top10Grid are the result of user submissions, community votes, and/or algorithmic aggregation of user opinions. They are inherently subjective and may not reflect professional expertise, empirical data, or universal consensus.

4.2. Top10Grid does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fairness of any ranking. Rankings may be influenced by the size and demographics of the voting community, the timing of votes, and other factors.

4.3. The inclusion or exclusion of any item, person, business, or entity from a list does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or disparagement by Top10Grid.

4.4. If any ranking features people, businesses, products, or services, the ranking reflects community opinion only. Top10Grid is not responsible for any commercial, reputational, or personal impact resulting from any ranking position.

5.1. Some content on Top10Grid may be generated or enhanced with the assistance of artificial intelligence ("AI Content"). AI Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

5.2. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Top10Grid does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI Content. Users should independently verify any information before relying on it.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• Manipulate rankings through fraudulent voting, bot activity, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Spam, solicit, or advertise without authorization

7.1. Top10Grid reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any User Content at its sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the community.

8.1. The Top10Grid name, logo, and all related branding are the property of Top10Grid. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

8.2. The platform software, design, and non-user-generated content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOP10GRID AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY RANKING, LISTING, OR USER CONTENT.

9.2. TOP10GRID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, REPUTATION, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE INCLUSION, EXCLUSION, OR POSITIONING OF ANY ITEM, PERSON, BUSINESS, OR SERVICE IN ANY RANKING OR LIST ON THE PLATFORM.

9.3. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Top10Grid, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11.1. If you have a concern about any content on Top10Grid, including a ranking that you believe is inaccurate, unfair, or harmful, please contact us using the information below. We will review your concern in good faith but are under no obligation to modify or remove user-generated content that complies with these Terms.

11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

11.3. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Top10Grid, to the extent permitted by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TOP10GRID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
